Of course, with the volunteers-mostly retirees-I have, it has inspired me to have that sort of involvement. Even now, I catch myself doing a few stints of volunteerism when I can/choose.<br /><br />A new recipe I came across; Greek-style lamb with oregano, rosemary, garlic red pepper flakes, and marinaded with red wine. It was between that and either a za'atar or boharat rub, or maybe just a Moroccan marinade. Next to elk, lamb is my favorite red meat. Otherwise it's all days off unless I decide otherwise. <br /><br />What kind of lamb dish are you going to do? I've been making a marsala lately, using lamp shoulder chops, simmered until the meat leaves the bones.
